just check to see if the inner stainless steel ring slid out (inside rotor)(flywheel) about 1/4 inch and made contact with stator wires on back/ near motor housing/ it generally slices in to the wires like an exacto knife which causes a short for voltage going out/if inspected you can see the cut. just pull out the stator , bend out to expose the wires, remove a little bit of cover/wraper, silicon the cut(so no humidity goes in ,reinstall stator. remove the stainless steel ring or epoxy it back in and your good to go. many stators have been replaced and this has never been fixed, i had that problem.it could work for a couple yrs before this happened again if ring was left in or not fixed.
