2005 900 fusion idles high

Hi everyone.First let me give you a little history on this sled.I bought it new from a Polaris dealership here in Saskatchewan Canada in 2007(the sled is an 05).I ran it hard and often,and tried to get as many miles as I could while it was under warranty.For the most part it has been a great sled,although there have been issues.The first piston went at 4813 miles,and the crank went last season at 8553 miles.I pulled thye engine myself,took it to the dealer this November,they put in a new crank kit,new polaris pistons,one reconditioned pot,a new case,new reed valve,etc.I put the engine back in and fired her up on the 27th of Dec.It idled at 2150-3250rpm and would almost bog a bit while putting around town.I took it in and told them to check the TPS.They said it was faulty and put a new one in.When I picked it up they said it wasnt quite running right,I test drove it at closing time on Friday(when I was to p[ick it up)and it wasnt really running any different than when I took it in.

So...this is the current problem:
The sled idles at 2000-2500rpm(down from 2150-3250 when i took it in)

When I first start it it dies a couple of times and the third try I have to give it a bit of throttle to get the revs up and get it running

Max RPM is down from its normal 7500-7650 to 7100-7300(they did install heavier weights in the clutch when they put the guts from the old clutch into the new one,the old weights were wore out and they didnt have the stock ones in stock)

Can anyone help me out on this one?Stumped and I wanna get her running back to her normal 100%,Thanks!

Agreed, TPS or an air leak somewhere.

WOW, over 8500 miles:eek::eek::eek: That has GOT to be a record!:beer;

13,000 minimum is the plan with the new and totally rebuilt engine,just wanna figure this problem out.Actually put 513.5 miles on her one day last season which was a record for me(crank let go half a mile from home about 120 miles and two weeks later:face-icon-small-sho).Put about 130 miles on her Saturday and ran great except for the starting and idling high,she's actually sitting on 8721 right now.Need to get this figured out!

weak inj or fuel pump?making run lean at idle?good voltage on the gauge at idle?plugs look good color?throttle cable to tight?just some things that come to mind...
