Hi Guys i need help

My son bent his steering post on a rollover, we lifted and turned the engine to install the new shaft now the engine seems to idle fine but no power at all
I'm new to this could someone please help me where to look for the problem
he had the carbs and the airbox off and all the lines seem to be on right

I'm lost

I knocked the wire to the temp. sending switch removing the air box and had the same problem. I think the light on the dash was on with the wire off the switch. The vacuum tubes from the air box to the carbs are another problem if pinched or left off.

on first startup my son left off the temp sender wire, we hooked it up and no difference the vent lines are all ok We are missing something

What about the black pulse hose at the base of the engine to the fuel pump. Is it still connected to the fuel pump?
