would like to purchase the front radiator for my 900 if anyone still has theres after removal? thanks

Are you sure you REALLY want one ,may be able to take mine off the log splitter for ya???

Why would you want to put all that weight back in? Get a SLP Airbox and eliminate the radiator all together. Lose 25lbs and increase your performance. I noticed a big difference after I installed mine.

I ride mostly in Minnesota and I can't keep my sled cool enough on the trails without scratchers. I ride with two other identical sleds and they have there radiators in still and have no problem keeping the temps down. I removed mine before I had a chance to ride it on the trails. I let my buddy have mine after his started leaking so now I need one. I know in the powder the front rad delete is the ticket but I don't do much powder riding anymore.

So then this brings up a thought...If you are reinstalling the radiator, wouldn't it be better to change the factory hose routing so that the rad doesn't run as a loop but instead as the first(or last, not sure of the flow direction at the moment) cooler in the system? Might as well make it work correctly if you are adding the weight.

Best advice I've heard on the topic. It would be well worth it to run the radiator in series with the rest of the system instead of parallel like stock.

I would remove the union used in the delete and use some hose to attach from the block to the rad then out to the left rear cooler. You could probably get away with just an extra union and two extra hosesbut to do it right you would have to replace the two hoses with the proper length

that is how I run mine, it take 2 3/4 elbows and a plug, the rad is first in the cooling path, only rode it once like this but it was 45deg out and almost no snow and it stayed below 160deg. that is the way polaris should have done it.

I decided to reroute my 9 instead of getting rid of the rad completely cause i dont have the deep powder alot of riders have on here as well as spending alot of time on the ice.. Havent run it yet so i cant tell you how well it works but as soon as i do ill report back..

I want to try the different routing, hopefully it works. Im getting sick of seeing the high temps. Im constantly having to turn my sled off so the temps stay down on trails. Im not looking forward to adding the extra weight back but I only ride trails.
