Not sure if its always done this. I serviced the clutch & replaced the outer bushing. At an idle there is alot of chattering going on. Can't say if it was there before or not. My memory must be going.As soon as rpms pick up it goes away. Hopefully its not in the gear reduction. Any tips or advice?

It is the gear reduction. There's not a lot that you can do about it. I've heard that syncing the carbs will help some but I've never seen one that had that done to know for sure. Turn your idle up if it bothers ya. Ken....
