2004 rev jetting and dpm

have a guy that needs a new motor installed and says his summit has no dpm and thinks it was like that from new. as far as i know there was never a rev summit without dpm? can someone confirm this if its true or not. also if not running the dpm whats a good baseline jet for 0 to -10 and 6-8000ft.
