2004 rev 800 rear lite question

can I just eliminate the lite? or will this cause a load problem for the stator?

I took my light off the day I got my 04 Rev,
to put a cheatahfactoryracing snowboard rack on.
i just followed the wiring under the seat to the connector,
then just disconnected it.
No problem....

Tail light doesn't have enough draw to cause problems. If you remove the headlight, thats when you need to compensate. I did this on my 2004 800 by wiring in a set of handwarmers, and wrapping them around part of the frame assembly.
