This a converted 04 Pro-XR 440/600. This sled has a lot of work done to it. Starting with the chassis the foot wells were refitted with consumer Pro-X parts for a more comfortable ride, better fit and finish, and durability. The tunnel extension is a Van Amberg for a factory look and the whole thing was powder coated black. The rear suspension has 136" Polaris factory Pro-X rails and an 8" offset axle with 4 wheels and the track is a 136"x1" hacksaw track with 162 studs. The steering post has been reconfigured to bring the handlebars a little closer to the rider. The engine is an 02 or newer 600 small block engine that is all stock and has a u cooler to eliminate the crossover hose in the rear of the tunnel. The front y brace and trailing arms are powder coated what they call chrome (a polished aluminum look). It also has C & A Pro skis and the 12 gallon big clear tank.It also has many polished aluminum parts as well. The only real issues with the sled is the top of the tunnel is scratched up a little because I used to have a Boss seat on it and the seat has a small tear in the front on the bottom near the tank that can be seen in the pictures. This sled is in great shape and has only been ridden about 1000 miles since it has been done and is in great shape.
