This was the show sled from the Edmonton Sled Show in fall of 2001, with many extra options for the show (had a black 900 crankshop engine at the sled show, which is no longer in sled):
Chassis:
156x2 camo challenger track
10 tooth extrovert drivers
HUGE drop and roll
no front cooler for extra clearance
custom 36 lb skid and rails with billet aluminum wheels
Titanium spring package
Titanium bolt package (all rear skid bolts, front suspension bolts, chaincase bolts, riser bolts, etc) - Lots of ti, all cap head
Custom mountain magic tunnel with U cooler
Custom lightweight seat
Clear fuel tank
3 window digtron with water temp, rpm, both pipe temps, alarm settings and memory recalls
TRA3 Big John clutching
Team roller secondary
Simmons skis
Chromoly front suspension and take apart aluminum shocks
Kevlar hood (paint is all cracked and flaking off, due to it being so thin and flexible).
Extra Polycarbonate hoood (new, never ridden yet) smoked (like window tint)
Custom bars and steering hoop
custom foot stirrups
All new bearings, chain and gears last summer 2006 (only ridden once last year)
Everything powder coated pretty.
Motor:
I wanted stock reliability/serviceability so I had them put in a
Rotax 800
Crankshop twins
bored out flatslide carbs
race ignition
custom plumbing and wiring (as light as can be done)
v-force reeds
kick a** chrome filters with K&N prefilter socks
DESS still working for anti-theft
Manual jetting (very forgiving and has never needed changing) Set up for Revelstoke/Golden/Sicamous, BC altitudes.
Sled is in excellent shape. Minor cosmetic items: seat has two tears along top on the back, paint on the older hood is flaked significantly and cracked. Sled is very very clean (rear skid was removed for summer cleaning and repolishing in 2006), under the hood is extremely clean and almost shows as new. Track in excellent shape, but does show some minor wear (no missing lugs). Sled was only used in deep snow mountain riding and of course trailered in an enclosed trailer and stored in heated garage whenever not in use. Sled will require new sliders this season sometime as they are getting down, but not quite all the worn yet. I also have a spare set of titanium rear springs that were a bit stiff for me, to go with it. This sled retailed new for $28,000 CDN with the 800 in it ($32,000 with the 900), I must sacrifice it immediately for $9000. I would also consider selling the chassis alone for $7000 as I already can sell the engine and clutches to my buddies i ride with. Sled is located in Airdrie, AB (just north of Calgary).
