2002 Polaris 800 136" Clutching?

I have a 2002 xc800 that has a 136x1.750 track installed, and I am wondering what would be a good starting point for clutching. It currently has:
22/43 gears
primary is 10-60 with blue/white spring
secondary is R11 with blue spring

I am going to install the almond/red and 10-66 in the primary for sure, but I am not sure of what to use in the secondary.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

Are you running it primarily on trail and at low elevation?

The 800 loves to be loaded hard. Going to something like the SLP 52/32 mountain helix will make it accelerate hard out of the hole and corners. If you are at low altitude you could probably benefit from some more final angle, something like a 52/36 or the likes.

I'm going with 10-66 with the almond/blue which is a 150-310.

Now for the secondary I have the following helix's to use:

R8 - 50/34

R11 - 45/36

R12 - 50/36

Which would work best?

I'm also at lower altitude.

Don't gear it down so far, especially for low elevation. You have to think of the 800's like a diesel, load them hard. 23/39 gearing at the lowest. SLP 140/310 primary spring, Dalton helix PR52/42-36, or P52/36 for best acceleration, (since hot seat ones are hard to find), polaris blue/orange secondary spring, and dalton weights are the best. Get the adjustable QAP-2, and start with 68 grams. You want 78-7900 rpm. If you engage it to high, it will just spin more.
