D dub Well-known member Dec 21, 2009 #4 Hmmmm, we have 500's in the sled which used to have a billet head set on the motor, we put the stock head back on and the EGT's only hit about 1,000deg. We are low on RPM as well so I was thinking of going down a bit.. Thanks for the info!
