good spark on both plugs gettin fuel to carbs won't start or even fire reeds are awesome shape.

You are getting fuel to the carbs but are you getting it through the carbs? Could be plugged pilot jets or a plugged or stuck shut inlet needle. Try taking the caps off the carbs and dribble a teaspoon or so of gas in each one and start the engine. If it runs for a few seconds and dies repeat and see if it will eventually run on its own. If it will not keep running after a few tries, check the above. You don't need to put the caps back on in between tries until you get it running or give up and tear into the rest of the carbs.
