2 wheels or 4?

I am gonna be bosted this year but i like my Smitty 2 wheel axle. Should I consider to put a 3 or 4 wheel axle in to keep the track inline with the extra power?

A few years ago I also had two wheels. When I stalled m-10, I went with four. These things have so much power and the track is spinning so fast, I think your crazy to run only two wheels. I'll take all the safety I can get.

i prefer to run 3 personally. with 2 wheel kit, and boost the sled is gonna sketchy when the skis are in the air. 3 wheels will help keep ya straight when doing ur wheelies all day.

Ha I am running almost the exact setup except mine ain't as pretty how iis the tunnel extension working?

And now for the rest of the story. Come on BB, how many more overnighters do you want to leave your sled on the mountain because of that sh1t two wheel axel. Get that thing outa there. And anyone that runs a turbo with two wheels also and says you will be fine is welcome to come ride along and hopefully one of you is still moving at the end of the day to double the other out. Cause I don't want to again.:p

Richyrich, Thistledoo and Roughrider99 good advice. Travis, you can be BBnytro's new riding buddy. All I know is that after doubling your hp from last winter, if that sled don't got more than two wheels, it ain't gettin in the trailer.

Hmm if your set on running two you could put them on the inside of the rails that would be better then the outside with the extra power. that way if it did hop the rails it would give it a chance to line back up.

Oh Scotty I have my back up axle now!! just need to remember the right ratchet!

I have run my Turbo Nytro with ezryde for 2500kms now and I have not had any issue with the 2 wheel kit that came with the ezryde and I have to run my track fairly tight.

I've run a 2 wheel "inner" kit for about 4 years with 10-13 lbs. of Boost on a 162". But, I don't jump or put pain on the skid, so it's holding up fine.

I run a two wheel set up on the inside and have no problems on 12 to 14#'s of booast.

It also depends what wheels you buy to.

Scott you must have me confused with someone else as I never doubled my hp from last year!! I went from 12 lbs to 15 big jump. I am also not sure who's trailer you are talking about, as I have all my own gear Truck,Trailer, Sled and friends that would actually help anyone with problems. Have a great winter riding alone with your attitude. This post was meant for people to show there wheel kits and what works for them. Not for you to bash two wheel kit's!!! Travis

BB just run a freedom axle. I got one ans its worked great. that way u can run 2 wheels when ya want and slip in a 3rd for scotty lol. when i go boost i just may run 1 wheel. wadda ya guys figure?

p.s. when u headed out to the pass. we gotta line up ur nytro with wades and keelys. i'm gonna try and race down wades old trx1. the game plan is that i bet the sled will crack a header lmao.
