2-wheel kit instructions Ice Age 04 Rev

So I got all the sleds ready to go this weekend and decided I was goin to put Ice Ages 2 wheel kit on my 04 rev. Simple 10 min job right? Got stock axle off put new axle together with stock wheels, put it in the skid tighten everything down, put track tensionors on inside, torque to specs. Heres the problem. I have about a 1/8inch of space on the outer washers that are suppsed to lock in the slot on the outer part of the rail. Short of shaving the axle down on each side any ideas? Note: using stock wheels turned inside out, paper that was in the kit said dont use the 2 inner washers they give you in the kit unless it is a arctic cat or yamaha, and checked my rails for any bends. Any help would be apprieciated. Thanks

i just purchased a 2 wheel kit from TKI inc and it bolted right in, plus the kit came with diffrent inserts for the diffrent makes n models. the guy said if i had trouble to call him and if i couldnt figure it out he would come put it on himself to get me going. was suprised at the customer service he was offering.
