Thank you to whoever just posted this video on YouTube. This is the first time this season that I ever had the opportunity to watch my sled in action with me on it in 2009.
This particular video was the NSSR Speed Run in Chetek, WI on February 21st, 2009. We took 1st place in "Lake Racer" Class plus "Top Speed of the Day", think it was 157.5 mph in 1000'. This particular run being filmed the sled broke 3 reed pedals off the line (listen for bog) and broke traction 2-times going down the 1000' strip. This run I dropped boost by 5 pounds to help reduce the track spinning and still pushed a 156.5 in 1000'.
Oh I can't wait for 2010 season, many new things in the works!
