2 stroke Supercharger???

I have a question..Why has no performance company made a supercharger for a two stroke??? Is it not possible or what!!!

I swear back in the day, late 80s, they were making them for the 2 stroke jet skis. Yep, i just googled it there were some, skidoo had one in 94. Found a snowmobile version, which means there might be more.

They are hard to hook up and not as efficient as going with a turbo.

do a search in performance/modified.. you can read about 100 threads explaining over and over why they dont work well at all.. they are possible, just suck and are near impossible to build compared to a turbo with no real positives.

Given that most snowmoblie 2 stroke crankshafts and bearings are on the verge of failure in stock form, I doubt the snout would be strong enough to run a decent S/C off of....

motor strength is the least of your worries.... backpressure is the name of the game with boosted 2 strokes... again, if interested. do a search and read to your hearts content
