2 fundraisers/BOONDOCKERS 8 Colorado premieres

Hope everyone has had a great summer.... whatever that is. Anyways, winter is quickly approaching thank goodness. This year we will be putting on 2 fundraisers as well as premiering the new sled flick from Dan Gardiner Films, BOONDOCKERS 8. With 2 events, I will be donating proceeds to 2 great Colorado orginaztions, Colorado Avalanche Information Center and the Colorado Snowmobile Association's Right to Ride Foundation.

The first event will be held Friday, September 30th in Monte Vista at Alibi's Sports Bar and Grill. We will open the doors @ 5pm and be showing sled movies and drawing for door prizes throughout the night. Feature presentation will start around 8 pm. Admission is $10, kids 12 and under are free. ALL admission money will be donated!

The second event will take place in Kremmling on Saturday, November 5. There will also be an open house that day at Alpine MotorSports, aka VOHK and you can come meet and hang out with the BOONDOCKERS riders. I will post more information about this event as we finalize details.

2nd event is this Saturday in Kremmling! Not to mention, snow in the forecast There have been a few minor changes due to hunting season. We will not be charging admission Saturday night at the Rocky Mountain bar and grill, rather we will just encourage donations. With your donation, you will be given a ticket making you eligible for door prizes that we will randomly draw for throughout the night. Here is a tentative schedule for the weekend-

Saturday
noon-5 pm openhouse at VOHK, free food and drinks along with goodies to be given away. Come talk sledding and hang out with the riders of BOONDOCKERS movies. Also check out all the new Polaris and Arctic Cat mountain sleds.

5-9 pm fundraiser and BOONDOCKERS 8 movie premiere at the Rocky Mountain bar and grill. We'll show previous BOONDOCKERS movies and draw for many door prizes. Around 8:00 we will show the new flick, BOONDOCKERS 8. Come in early for dinner and your best chance for prizes.

Weather permitting, let's ride!

Good work Matt. I know how tough this stuff can be. You should put up a PayPal account for donations for those of us that can't make the event. I don't mind putting up my entry fee even though I won't be there.

Thanks Bug. That's a great idea, but I have no clue how to set that up. Next year I will have someone help me set that up ahead of time. These events are a lot of fun for me. It's always great to get a bunch of sledding enthusiasts together and even better that we can gather for a an excellent cause and give something back.

Matt, it's super easy. Do you already have PayPal? Even if you don't it's easy to set up.

Just provide the email address THAT YOU USE FOR THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Ask that people earmark the donation as a gift so as you don't end up losing money to PayPal for fees.

You could have it done within the hour.
