2.6 Powerclaw on 13 pro

Was just wondering if anyone has done it and if i can run 3.0 8 tooth drivers or do i have to run a 7 tooth driver

I would call Carl's in Boise and ask that question if I were you. They have put a lot AC tracks on Polaris Pros. I am pretty sure that includes the new 2.6 Powerclaw.

We have done quite a few powerclaw tracks on pro's in the last few years but they are all 2.25's. For those we have custom drivers made but they are still 8 tooth. This week we did put a 2.6 on Jacks personal seld using 8 tooth drivers but we also installed a rolled chaincase. Without the chaincase you would need to use 7 tooth drivers.

How big of an improvement is upgrading to the 2.6" PC? Has anyone directly compared it to the stock track on the hill?

Carls Cycle could you give us the pros and cons of the power claw compared to the stock Polaris track?

I can only speak to the cat chassis, but the 2.6 is a "game changer" compared to the 2.25

Is that true? My understanding is you would lose track warranty, but everything else still with warranty.
