2.5 track rubbing?

Already tightened the track , was thinking thinking about shortening the rod end on the bottom of the TSS shock , pivoting the suspension up and back? ?

Think I saw Timbersled had a track trimming template for your bike.

The TS solution is to notch out the lug and you will be fine.
Didn't you pay $300 for a fit kit? The track should have come pre-notched.
If it is rubbing it don't fit.
It is nice to see Polaris is allowing Alan to continue this sort of manufacturing. "The way out" is now "Close enough"
Yeti, MTX and CMX have kits that fit. If they can't make their kit fit your bike they won't sell it to you. There are choices out there now.
As a consumer you should be calling TS demanding them to make it right. Let us know what they do for you.

It kind of seems like if you need to notch the center paddles and the left side is already notched for the chain then you are losing a good percentage of the gain achieved by going to the 2.5 in the first place.

Here we go again
Yes, here we go again.

n16th5 has hit it on the head.
This is why there are new companies coming into this industry. TS says butcher your $6,000 product and be happy, pay us more money for fix kits. As consumers we need to send the defective products back. Would you buy a $50,000 truck and be happy when the company gave you a template to drill out the Yougo spare tire? If Klim sent you a large set of bibs because that is what most people order and you wanted a XXL, would you put up with it?
Making these kits fit bikes is new to three companies. TS is not one of them. They should have all the secretes. They don't care enough to make sure you get/got all the info. Get your money back and play with someone else.
