Looking to stretch my wife's 2015 600 144" x 2" to a 151" x 2.4" and need to know if it will have enough clearance with the stock drivers. Original plan was to do a 151" x 2" but found a new 151" x 2.4" that was cheaper. Also, any recommendations on regearing, thanks.

I think you'll need to change drivers...
I believe that the 144" x 2" track is a 2.52" pitch with 9 tooth drivers... for the 2.4" track... the 8 tooth drivers would be needed for proper clearance.
Do not use drivers from an IQ rmk for this... they will press on, but are not the right size spline and will slip side to side.
Gearing on that sled with that track... I'd go with 20/45 or 20/46.
As a note... the 151 x 2.4 is a series 4 track, 2 plies and is realatively heavy by todays stds.
IMO... the 146" x 2.4 series 5.1, with 8 tooth 2.86" pitch drivers is the best bet for that sled... but I understand you wanting to stay on a budget.

I concur, i run the 146" peak 2.5 on my -12 and with 8 tooth drivers there is just barely enough space for the front radiator!
As of gearing i run 19/43 and it is just about what it will muster in the deeps with this track (i do however have heavy clutch weights!)
The 146" peak is a great track, lots of grip in all conditions but if your suspension setup isn't exactly right it will trench like **** and is an overall hard ridden track, so im not sure i would recommend it unless you/your wife want a challenge!
being that I'm on somewhat of a budget and don't want to deal with changing out the drivers to do the 151"x2.4" think I'll go back to the 151"x2" idea. Anyone have any real world experience with a 151x2 track swap and if it'll be a significant difference from the 144"? I'll be about $650 all in on the swap vs trading in for a new 2015 600 155" plus an additional $2K. Ultimately looking for a bit more flotation over the 144" and a little more traction on take offs. Thinking the 151" should be good as she's only 120lbs with all gear and more of a follower when we're out but don't want to make a $650 mistake either. Thanks!

I had a 151"x2" challenger with the rail extensions installed last year on my '12 SBA - I liked the upgrade and found it was worth the $$$ without having to do any driver changes, tunnel extensions etc - it was a pretty clean direct swap!!
