I think you'll need to change drivers...
I believe that the 144" x 2" track is a 2.52" pitch with 9 tooth drivers... for the 2.4" track... the 8 tooth drivers would be needed for proper clearance.
Do not use drivers from an IQ rmk for this... they will press on, but are not the right size spline and will slip side to side.
Gearing on that sled with that track... I'd go with 20/45 or 20/46.
As a note... the 151 x 2.4 is a series 4 track, 2 plies and is realatively heavy by todays stds.
IMO... the 146" x 2.4 series 5.1, with 8 tooth 2.86" pitch drivers is the best bet for that sled... but I understand you wanting to stay on a budget.
