"The right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED UPON" pretty self explanitory. That means that all laws passed since, that regulate or outlaw guns in any and all states are unconstitutional does it not? I'm a Canadian so we don't have that kind of ironclad statement. We get the guns that our government deems proper. Passing gun laws that outlaw guns just makes the criminals happy. Now they can rob people without fear of reprisal. HELLO THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!! There are already laws that state quite clearly that robbing people and killing people is not legal. WTF makes you think that now since you said owning guns is illegal that now the bad guys are gonna just put them down? It's this assinine liberal thinking that is destroying the freedoms of the many because of the actions of the few. Sorry about the rant but shat like this has been pressing on me for far too long. It seems as though the majority wants guns, doesn't want land closeures, and doesn't practice this BS "political correctness" but those who do are prepared to fight for it. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. If noone tries to stop it, then it gets passed. We need to organize a regular folks special interest group to fight tooth and nail for common sense.
