The footage in the link on the "jump" thread shows some close ups of the drive and braking hub as well as the length of the track. If I recall, its a 109" long track(correct me if I'm wrong), but it says nothing about skid length for foot print calculation.
Maybe the 877 can tell us how long the Explorer is?
i checked the amount of track on the surface yesterday, and the explorer had 48x12 inches on the ground!!! then checked my sled! wow, now i know whY this thing floats so well. so no worries all you deep powder freaks!!! haha
HOw much$$ shipped to Washington after tax and everything. I have a few friends interested that can't afford the high priced hawk. Still think the hawk 800 is the only way to go.
