1M stator problems,previously was a hiccup........

I tried a ohm meter on the various plug ins. The ignition timing sensor was supposed to ohm out around 190 but is only 104 ohms. i dont have it taken apart yet, but is the ignition timing sensor part of the the stator or is it seperate part.would this cause a bog at 7000rpm?

that is a separate piece, found on rvsports micro fish

It would cause a bog if unable to fire fast enough. At least it's a cheaper part and easy to put in.
