Will it fit? Yes. Will it work right? No.
Eye to eye on a Dragon is 17"
Eye to eye on a M1 is 17.25 (please corect me if I'm wrong)
I talked to Holz and Fastrax, both told me I would be better just buying a shock that is the correct for my application.

Piston travel inside the shock would be the main concern, you risk damage to the shocks from hard riding and bottoming. As the others have stated, its just easier to get a shock that fits your sled, the springs/valving on the cat shock may lead to some wonky handling on your sled.
