Stock chain is fine. 19 might be too low for the 146. You'll notice the sled not wanting running out of pull in the upper midrange when you're geared to low. I'm going to try the 20 on my 154.
I hit 91 mph and I was almost 1" away from full shift on my primary. Not sure how much speed that accumulates to but I'm gearing down for sure.
