I have a 1999 XC 500 (non VES) for sale. I bought this sled new from one of my best friends who bought it new. The sled has a little over 3000 miles on it. It has the fox suspension. It has reverse. The sled is black with a lot of red accents. The steering shaft has been beefed up and reindexed for a better ride quality. It has a 6" riser with a mountain bar. I am used to riding a mountain sled in the mountains so I converted mine to make it a little more comfortable for me. It is all stuff that can be easily taken off it you don't want it. It has a suspension lift that makes the track come out of the tunnel a little better and all for a little better clearance. It looks about like the edge suspension now. It has new y pipe gaskets. The winshield is a low profile black one. It is a sharp looking sled. The sled has always been stored in a heated and air conditioned shop. The sled looks as good as it did the day it was new. Hood, track, seat, engine, everything is in excellent condition. The engine compartment is clean enough to eat off of. This sled has had the best possible care and maintenence since day 1.
