Guys,
I removed the clutch on the sled and wanted to check the crank seal. I have air coming out from the seal when the motor is running. So looks like I need to replace it. Can I do it with the motor in? Or do I have to take it out and split the cases.
As Always thanks for the help

You'll have to pull the motor and split the cases to replace the seal. Out of curiosity, how did you determine air coming was coming o u t of the seal. Lots of oil in the seal area?

Nope no oil very clean. I just thought I would check it out when I had the clutch off. Air comming out of the seal and when I spray starter fulid on the seal the motor rpm increases. I just picked the sled up have never ridden it and am just setting it up.

Okay but hats the thing. It does have air blowing out. If you put your hand next to the crank when it's running you feel air blowing out. I thought I was loosing my mind but it is happing. So I guess I will pull the motor out before the madin ride.
