1995 xlt sks gearing

I want to change gearing on this machine it has 21top and 39 bottom I want to put 19 top
And a 41 bottom since I'm changing the gears 2 teeth will I be able to use the same size chain.

yes it will work. Total number of teeth did not change, slack will be the same as it was in the chain.
