18' early season Mountain Cat

Mountain cat

You'd think there'd be some info floating around here by now.
Maybe something big coming on the 2018 mountain cat?

Well only have a few more days to wait! You'd think if the sno pro is that good, then they'll prob just do storage and front bumper on the limited. Then leave the real upgrades for the Mountain Cat.

We should know any day now, dealer said he would be getting his at the beginning of March so they have to be shipping them about now. Really interested in seeing the specs on the 18 Mountain Cat...

Oh so what I was seeing on the sno pro as far as jackshaft and driveshaft, and Halogen lights are what's gonna be on the fall model sno pro. Be interested to see what was changed in the rear skid on the MC.

At this stage I almost think Cat should just offer two models: SE and Mountain Cat. No more SnoPro or Limited. Offer the SE in 153 and 162, 2.6" track (offer 3" exchange program), coil over shocks (air is fine for me, but some like coils), and 2 colors. Offer the Mountain Cat with premium shocks, 3" track, tunnel bag, and an additional special color option.

Mountain Cat

We will know in a few more days!!!! They are supposed to start shipping tomorrow! I have been trying to find more info, cat will not tell me anything, by the time I found out my rep had quit they were "sold out"!

-LED headlight
-billet running boards??
-single rail rear skid??
-new fancy smanchy shocks?

Would be cool if they did the skinny boards they sell on the MC. Highly doubt we will see that though

I did see something about the rear track shock where you will be able to lock it out. Sounded and looked like you would have to physically get off the sled and reach under and turn a valve to do it though.
