18/19 ARO...Relocate Rear Suspension Mount Higher?

I'm wondering if I should drill the rear/rear suspension mount higher in the "tunnel". Didn't the 2020 ARO come mounted higher up in the tunnel? 3/4"?

Running 15t countershaft on the bike, 18t on the skid, swapped the chaincase gears, the skid is as far forward as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Eli

Where is it documented/explained that the hole was manufactured in the wrong place?

Side note: the hole is approx 13.4mm and the closest drill bit I can find locally is 33/64". If you go this route with the drill bit I would recomened dremeling the hole just undersized and then put the steel bushing in the freezer and heat the aluminum around the hole before inserting.

There is no steel bushing in the stock location...so why would you put one in the new location?...the cross bar pivots on its own nylon bushing...not in the side plates.
