174 inch fully clipped or every second one?

bought a 174x15 camo extreme that is clipped every second window. what are advantages of that or disadvantages. every other track i look at is fully clipped. want some info before i put the new track and skid on. will sliders wear out faster. i do mostly mountain riding.

are you running anti ratchets, if so you should have a fully clipped track!

My 174x16 is clipped every other with Anti ratchets and it hasn't been a problem. Fully clipped wasn't available when I bought mine.

just running stock drivers now with a 162 just run the track tight. but it is fully clipped. itching to put the new stuff in but want to do it right the first time.

I ran cliped every other and wrecked a set of avid drivers. Like boosted metal says "better run fully cliped", especially if running extro verts.

i would clip the rest of the track , anytime you can pull from the same material it is better than not ,. i run the 174x16 and clipped the remainding windows with light weight clips , just have to find a bud with a crimping tool.
