174 Cooling

Does your 174 run cool?
How does it compare to 155's and 163's ?
I'm on the fence of snowchecking 163 vs 174, have a 163 just trying to add up little things to see if it's worth going to the 174.

My 17 174 runs cool. The cooler is longer in a 174.

I've got a 174 and a 163. The 174 consistently runs several degrees cooler than the 163.

If there is 6" of powder or more, I've NEVER seen my sled go above 135 degrees, even in the trees.

However, if it's spring snow and you don't wait for the sun to soften it up, good luck as it (along with any 3" track sled) heats up quick.
