Yes, there are some things to check. I went to a 162 x 16 Camo Extreme on my RX-1M and had some vibration at 30mph and below. Prior to that, I had the Skidoo lightweight 2.52" pitch 159 x 16 Powdertrench track and it had even worse vibration.
The things I had to do to diminish the vibration were.
1. Add antistab wheel kit to front of rails
2. Check underside of front track shock mount for signs of the track rubbing
3, I had to trim the outside corners off my track, it was hitting up front
4. Drivers must be aligned and timed properly
5. Side to side track adjustment is hyper critical (especially with 16" track)
6. There's a track tesnion sweet spot on my sled, Mine has 2" of sag
I have heard (but I don't know if it's true) the Wahl Brother's extroverts have a design flaw. I have them on mine and it works fine now. I also heard the Avids were more prone to vibration because they are machined from billet plastic and consequently have squared off edges and are not entirely round.
Who knows.......... when you are spinning over 60 lbs of track with 2.5" lugs just maybe some vibration is inherent?
Best of luck
