162/174 Apex Holtz skid

This skid came in a sled I'm parting out.....
Stock apex rails with extensions to 174
2 yamaha billet rear wheels
3 fox floats (inc float transfer shock)
brand new slp super sliders (175 bucks alone) not shown in pic
came out of an apex but could be made to fit others I'm sure

would you take 950 for it without the rails? is it marked with Holz logos?
Have you sold the tunnel in the picture or are you hanging on to it?
