what about moving my 153 skid back 3" to put a 162 on my nytro and put a mini fox float shock on the rear transfer arm to control transfer any input on this

i would think there would be to much flop in the track between the drivers and the rails you could stab the track. Just buy some 162 rails and do it right!
 
I like the idea of it, it will also better the track angle in front. The only thing I am afraid of is the front end is already front heavy and this might make it even worse. I did this on a Mountain Max several years ago and it worked awesome, made it a new sled with the improved track angle. As for now I am thinking about the 162" rails until I hear more about it. Has anyone tried it yet?
 
well this is what i was thinking with doing this when u put rail ext on it has more leverage on the susp to transfer this way your moving the pivot point back and helps it from transfering and controlling the transfer rods with an air shock im all about fabrication and making new thing that not many people try its all done ! ill get some pics on ! havent got to ride it yet but ill up date when i do
