151 zx 700 HM tunnel. Which years will work?

I need to replace a tunnel on a friends sled and am unsure which years will work with his 2000 Summit 700 HM ZX. I'm having very little luck locating one.

Anyone know of a tunnel available that will fit this sled? I'm in Washington.

Thanks,

AJ:beer;

They were the same tunnel from 2000-early 02's, late 02's and 03's were different, they were wider, and had an extruded alum. edge, a lot better. The later ones will fit, but a little bit a fab work would probably be needed. A better solution is to just have a metal shop make you a tunnel. They really aren't that hard, especially if you have the old one out as a template. Then, you can do what I did, and make way freakin wide running boards so you don't slip off it! You can buy ski-doo late model edges, but I bought arctic cat king cat platform edges because they were about half the price! It is a lot of work, but it was the best thing I ever did for my 01'!

I like the idea of fabbing one up. Any pics of the one you did? Which grade aluminum are they using for this?

Rolls.

I have the edges from a M-Series if you need them when/if you make your tunnel. I have 3 sets to get rid of, new in packager still. $70 a set.

pm me.

I actually used a mph sign I bought. Problem was I couldn't make it one piece because I couldn't find a break big enough to bend the tempered stuff, too strong. But I'm upgrading my runningboard situation with expanded aluminum ones I'm fabbing up. It isn't the prettiest right now, but the new runnin boards will make a huge difference!
