144 Finger track?

Anyone run one, what do you think of them? It would be going on a 06 M7 with only minor mods. My stock track seems way too soft, the paddles are really bent, also anyone ever put a stock track on backwards if so how did that work. thanks

144 Finger track is awesome on hardpack and flatland. Just don't try to climb any hills in powder you will do a lot of digging. I had that same track I hated it, except when racing down the trail.

best track for hookup in heavy setup snow PERIOD! They arent terrible in the deep pow but not the best either. I run a 144 finger on my 1200 and love it!!! The paddle is sitting in the corner of the shop now collecting dust! for the Cali concrete snow we have finger is the only way to go!

I have one on a back up edge sled that flat out works great in every condition. Way out performs the pol 4 day in and day out in the mtns of Idaho. I'd put the finger tracks on our newer sleds too if it wasn't such a PIA. If you had one and it worked poorly you have other issues that needed addressing with the sled.

Yeah it just all depends on what kind of snow you ride... If you ride in hard packed spring like conditions then the finger track is for you. If you plan on riding in the pow.... don't waste your money!!

Would it be durable enough for the snow we get in ND and MN, my train of thought has always been that we didn't have enough snow in this area for a 2" lug track. Is the Finger track the solution to this problem?

I doubt I will go back to a 1.25, right now I have a 1.75 Backcountry on. Some of the paddles are breaking off on my Backcountry, I think a 1.5 might be ideal. With all the talk of how the Finger track is made for hard pack I was hoping that it might work out here.

My thinking was it will dig in great on all the hardpack out here and when some good powder is found the 2 inch lug height will really be nice.

It might do alright around there. I suppose as long as you aren't climbing it will do ok in the powder, but nothing like a 2 in. paddle would do. Find a used one and try er out and see how ya like it! :beer;

Just to let you know, a 144 is a 2.52 pitch track...your m7 has 3.0 pitch drivers. Just wanted to let you know so you didn't waste your money on a track that wouldn't work for you.

I'm not sure if you mean me? I have a Crossfire 7 and that is 2.52 pitch, so it will work for me. I see you are from Goodrich, how's the snow there? I am from Fessenden, going to school in MN. I hope to get some good riding in over Christmas.
