Thinking of doing a 144 powerclaw on my 144 ez-ryde skid, is this possible or would I need new rails? Anyone went from 144 to 141?

WHAT CHASSIS?

I had mine mounted where they said to put it (in relation to the drive shaft) and it needed to come forward and down. The skis were too heavy and it handled a little heavy overall.

When you mount your EZ Ryde, consider ignorning where they say mount the front bolts and put them as close to the driveshaft as possible.

You WILL want to do some math...to make sure you don't hit your drivers. Also..mount is just a BIT lower than they say also. JUST a bit.

It will handle even BETTER.
I dropped it a bit, moved it forward a ways...and it's WAY better. AND I still don't hit my drivers.

Interesting, this is on an IQR chassis and yes the ski's do feel heavy. Will the 141 fit on a 144?

Oh yeah, the answer to your question...

IF you can move it forward a bit, like I suggested...you MIGHT be able to get that 144 in there with a 141. NOT sure though.
