14 Ft open trailer question

I think you would need at least 16 ft minimum... I normally use up about 17ft worth of my 19 ft trailer to get it done.

14 foot trailer with or w/o brakes?

I am looking at a 14 ft Aluma and it comes with or w/o brakes, past experience says without brakes is not even an option. But was also wondering if would fit 3 155s as we'll, I do not like the option if one of the sleds has to be backwards.... Hard on windshields... Only have a 2012 1500 Silverado with a 5.3.... Should have kept my Duramax. Thoughts anyone????????

If youre getting a tandem axle i would get brakes on one of the axles. But i think thats the only way to fit 3 on there is have one backwards.

I have, yes one has to go backwards.
Aluma trailer all 154s.(no brakes, truck Dodge 2500 5.9L cummings) Did this for 3 days in West Yellowstone 2 are rentals and one is mine, all 154 ski doos.
I had no problems what so ever. We did remove the windshield on the one pointing backwards. The one facing backwards could have moved more forward but the spindles were on the trailer by 6" so we figured it was good.
Not something I would want to do all the time but it works.
A lot of guys out here put one in the bed of the truck and have a 2 place. Looks like a pain in the a$$, JMO.

I would guess yes, should fit. The whole sled doesn't have to be on the trailer. Let the track hang over 2' or so if needed.

If loading backward, put a cover on the sled for sure. Since that sled is in the middle, the amount of wind reaching it isn't as great as normal.

I hauled 3 on my 10' triton a few times, 1200 mile round trips. 151", 136, 136.
The ski spindles/skis of the first two were over the front edge but supported by a 4x4 timber bolted to the wishbone tongue.
