136 to a 151 track

i have a 97 670 summit with a 136 im going to put a 151 in it im looking at a suspension from a 2000 summit for a 151 missing some parts can i put parts from my 136 suspensoin to the 151 suspension and will the 151 suspension bolt into where the 136 bolts into the tunnel on my 670
