13 skidoo xm aerocharger issues

13 xm with aerocharger running 10 pounds of boost on 100% av gas problem is when I’m trying to climb a deep hill it will fall on its face and back fire most of the time it happens when I let out and get back into wot. Runs great on the trail. I’ve played with my fuel tuner a lot and it doesn’t really help. Current settings are first three to 1 or (0) 4 at 2 5 at 3 and 6 at 5. Does it sound like a clutch issue? It also has a filter that comes out the side of the sled with a foam filter could that be restricting air to turbo?

I would turn the boost down to 5lbs and see what it does.

Okay I can try that next time I’m out. If that helps or fixes the issue what would cause it to run better at lower boost ?

Does any one know if I can buy a different spring at a hardware store or somewhere local to lower boost instead of ordering one?
