13' RMK Assualt Just Locked Up

Well... Started it up to go for a ride, let it warm up to 90. Drove it out of the shed 15' and then it sounded like it threw a plug. Stuttered a bit then died. Pull cord and Primary are locked up SOLID. It only has maybe 600km on it. Only mods are Carls Clutch Kit, GGB Can, $28 Thermo Mod. Ran like a banshee the last few times out, so nothing to go by the last rides. Dealer thinks its the bottom end. Any ideas would be helpful.

Going in on Mon. My dealer is pretty solid, no reason it shouldn't be.

sounds like a bearing in the bottom , maybe had antifreeze leaking into the bottom and sat all summer?

If polaris see's pix of your new coolant routing, youll be calling it the $2800 mod...

Maybe youll get lucky though!

Warranty

Going in on Mon. My dealer is pretty solid, no reason it shouldn't be.

It doesn't matter how solid your dealer is. If it's not under warranty your screwed. But if it is under warranty?
#1 Before you bring it back to the dealer put it back to 100% stock. Good luck my friend!
