12v power source for a GPS cigerettte plug

12v power source for a GPS cigerettte plug..

I have a stock 900 fusion, 05... On the harness by the steering there is a couple wires that are plugged and not used,,, or is there a particular source people are using ?
Don't want to melt my hand warmer wires, or fry my speedo lights.
