122 to a 144

Hi Everyone

Real new to the sled world, but I was told that Ill find answers here.Has anyone ever switch 122 to 144 2" on a 600 xcsp 2001. If so what is involved. The skid is of a 2002 rmk, also the track. Iam getting alot mix ideas about this can someone set me straight please thanks

Dependind on your mechanical skill its not to bad of a job. This is not a step by step just a general overview. First you need an extension SLP, Van Amburg and maybe Carls Cycles have them. Also WPS carries VAn Amburg. Next you need to figure out if you are going to run the stock coolers and notch the track or run a low pro u-cooler Vanamburg, fabcraft and others make these. Next measure an rmk to see where the skid mounts you may have to build or buy some drop brackets for the rear mounting. The drivers you have in your sled should work. Pics are of an 02 xc I built using an vanamburg cooler with a 144 and stock m-10.
