12 Days Prizes - Ever received?

Have any of the other winners received thier prizes? My Dad won and has tried to contact snowest but they wont call him back. Robin Black is supposed to be the one that is handling this but he only get her voicemail and never a return call. Just wonder if everyone was having the same luck?

I also was a winner of some motorfist stomper boots and took forever to get anyone to get ahold of me. But about april I got a call from a gal that works for motorfist and she explained to me what was going on and did all she could to find me a set of boots in my size. When that failed, which is no blame on them she called me back and let me order motorfist gear that equaled what the boots retailed for! How cool was that? I tried a long time to get ahold of Robin with no contact ever but I guess the word spread and they got me taking care of. Good luck. What did he wind up winning? Make sure he answers all the unavailable calls coming to his contact info also as motorfists number was one I didn't know but wound up answering it anyways and thank goodness I did, not sure how many times they will try and call before they give up.

A KLIM JACKET winner on paper....

You are not alone....I too was lucky in the draw and was sent a letter stating I had won a Klim jacket. I followed the instructions in the letter and then kicked back to reap my luck....After a couple months I started to wonder.... So I called Robin and left messages and sent emails and never heard from her. 5 months now.

Klim is now trying to help me out....


I have now wasted more time than what the jacket is worth.....Thanks Robin and Snowest.

Hopefully Christopher will be able to chime in here and check things out with Robin at Harris to get this sorted out.

This is disheartening to hear. Seems like something fell through the cracks. We too would sure hope that Christopher can chime in, and also would love to know out of all the subscribers how half of the 12 winners won twice lol. With that said we do not remember the exact details of the contest, but something seems odd.

I wish this was something "I" could handle directly for all of you. But this was a Harris Publishing promotion, so it's their baby and not mine.

Let me RATTLE their cage and see if I can't get this resolved for all of you.

I'll take the heat on this one. We had a few suppliers (FXR, Klim, etc) that ran out of available inventory when the contest ended. We worked with them on providing alternate prizes per winner that was affected. But we didn't communicate with the winners themselves properly. That's where we screwed up, and I'm aware of the matter now and it will be resolved.
