I took a drive up the 70RD today and this is what I found.
The 70RD from the start is icy especially the farther in it is pretty much all ice driving. Watch for big rocks in the road. There is ride able solid no gravel snow/icy frozen stuff on the sides of the road 3 miles past the Pyramid parking lot. Here is a good place to park and possible turn large but not huge trailers around. There is not at all lots of room to park lots of rigs. Just past that is that on that last hair pin corner there is more opportunity to park and unload. There is a mound of snow across the road that might hang up trailers just past that corner. I made it 4.3 Miles in to the intersection of the NF-210 with my pickup before running into down trees on the 70RD. Nothing huge and they are passable with your sled.
Be safe and have fun.
