1100T lightweight seat options??

By the looks of it without moving the battery there are no options for a lightweight seat. I ordered a BOSS, was told it would work with the use of a smaller lightweight battery, that is not the case since the top bracket that holds the battery down is in the way (should have thought about that). All the arctic cat mountain seats are all for use without battery. Are there any lightweight seats you can use without moving your battery???

I have a WRP on my 7000, and I had a Rasmussen low pro on my 1100, but like you found out the battery needs to be relocated. I had already done that so no big deal.

I have put the WRP seat on. Modified the battery tie down bracket and drilled and bolted back into fuel tank. All the wiring barely fit but it turned out pretty slick and quick wiyhout doing too much work relocating. Now I dont trip over my seat sll the time switching sides!

Running a Boss on my 1100 with lightweight battery and stock hookups with no problems. It bulges the pouch a bit, but works awesome.

I did the same Eric, ran the boss seat but slid the battery as far up as possible, had to cut the bracket a bit but it took care of the bulge

Yeah, it takes a little bit of work, but that seat is awesome. Nothing like Boss foam for some reason and the new owners have upped the quality control like a Boss!

Any pics of the boss seat on your sleds? Theres no pics on the boss website.. I talked to them yesterday about a seat for my viper he said next season they will make one but im sure the cat one will work as well

Looks great! Is it lower and smaller than the stocker? I find my stocker abit too high when moving back and forth on boards

It is 1.5" lower than stock, it comes in three different foam options (firm, regular, soft)

I don't notice the height difference too much because I am 6'1" with long legs so the stock seat didn't bother me, what I do notice is some extra storage, it's not a TON, but more than stock..

I cant see why not. The battery would just take up a but of storage space?
