It is a IHI. . .I think it is a one off build for suzuki though. I have tried to search for it to see if they make a direct replacement that is slightly larger and found nothing with the same flange. There was a company I just saw that had a cast header for $499 with a garrett flange on it that used the stoch heat sheild as well.
