This is a questionable subject around here, but I would look into RK Tech drop in kit or 858 kit.

what are you trying to gain exactly? In the flat lands, i'm sure that sled in stock form has plenty of power and for when you go out west, are you to the point where you can hold that thing wide open everywhere and you need a little extra punch? if you are on a budget, save your money for gas and oil and just ride the thing. thats my opinion.

Do you have warranty ? If no how may miles on the sled ? If you are reaching that 1500 mile mark I would be looking a pistons.
I went with the fix kit on mine it has been around the longest but their are many others to look at.
If you are going to do mods you need a good foundation to start with. All the go fast parts are not going to help if you end up with a hole in the bottom case.
Good luck

thats a tough thing to make work.
by that I mean use Bobs head, Steves pipe, Georges can, Dans porting, Alex's fuel programmer, this kind of method very rarely works well. What would be your reason for using so many different companies?
It usually works much better to pick one your comfortable with and stick to that companies products. They test them all together not on everyone elses combo's. If something doesnt work like you think it should who are you going to call, Bikeman and tell him his pipe dont work with PAR's head? You can guess how that response would go.

thanx peeps it has 1600 miles top end was redone also reeds motor mounts and clutch spring so the weak spots r covered i hope, i think i will just do a par head and nos and call her good to go and yes i run it wot almost all the time i am always looking for more always i ran nos on my renegade 800 for mud and i loved it so i think the head and nos will give me enough till i can make the jump to a turbo so if anyone has a par head pm me need the 12.5 head for low elevation,at least i hope it will be enough lol and yes please let me know how the big bore works for u thanx again everyone
