2011 Polaris Pro RMK Turbo for sale. Intercooled Boondocker Turbo, w/EBC, O2 and EGT's, '12 upgrade w/Aux Injectors and boost guage, Timing Key, and BD Clutching. SPG Airframe running boards, Lefty throttle, Boss Seat. Sled has a brand new Polaris factory crate motor that was put in 20 miles ago. The original motor lost a cylinder skirt and took out the crank. Checked SN on original Jugs, and was one that had suspect skirt thickness. New motor was installed and run once. 820 total miles on sled. Call or message me to talk price. The trailer and other 2 sleds in the pic are also for sale on SW. I will make a really good package deal if interested.

The Timing Key is Boondockers "E-Key" I pulled this off their site:

BoonDocker’s line of electronic timing adjusters allow for a simple plug-in timing adjustment. Timing remains unchanged at low rpms and timing retards progressively as rpm’s rise towards max rpm. By retarding ignition timing the E-Key is able to effectively reduce the chance of detonation so the engine can run more boost, compression or at a lower elevation on the same or lower octane fuel. E-Key’s are available for Arctic Cat and Polaris machines and are available in 1, 2 or 3 degree timing adjustments.

I also forgot to mention that the sled has the BD Adjustable Waste Gate Actuator. This will allow you to set your boost level minimums, as low or high as you like, and really fine tune the turbo.

BoonDockers adjustable wastegate actuator allows a for a range of boost numbers. The adjustable actuator allows for a wide range of boost levels so the machine can be ran at both high and low elevations. The adjustable actuator is perfect for riders who rider their turbo at low elevations with trips to the mountains. Boost can be adjusted as low as 4psi to as high the turbo will produce. Combine the Adjustable Boost Actuator with an EBC for the ultimate in Cont boost control.
